Mexican Lunch

Behind the scenes on the day Matt cooked up a mexican feast.
I loved it. Corn Masa Chalupas,
Adobo Sauce, Chili Jam, Black Beans,
Corn salsa, Chipotle Salt Lamb Chops, Chorizo....Annato Rice,
and lots of other yummy things. We made jugs of Frozen Margaritas and Mango Daiquiri,
it was a nice time. very nice. The colours were amazing.
